Welcome to the Binz Boss Family!
We’re thrilled to have you on board! Below is our simple and straightforward service agreement to keep things running smoothly. We promise we won’t bog you down with legal jargon — just the basics to make sure we’re all on the same page.

1. What We Do for You
At Binz Boss Inc., we provide roll-off waste bins for rent, complete with delivery, pick-up, and disposal of waste. Whether you're cleaning up after a renovation, putting a roof over your head or doing a big clear-out, we’ve got the perfect bin for you! Once you’ve requested a bin, we’ll confirm all the details (bin size, drop-off, and pick-up times) and get things rolling.​

2. Rental Period and Bin Orders
We know time is precious, so we’ll work around your schedule. Our standard rental period is SEVEN (7) days. If you need it longer, just let us know — extra days will have a small daily fee.

Pro Tip: For smooth service, let us know 24 to 48 hours in advance when you need a bin delivered or picked up.

3. Stuff We Can’t Take
We’re all about waste management, but there are a few things we can’t handle:

Hazardous materials (think asbestos, chemicals, paint, or medical waste)

Tires, Mattresses and Appliances

Food Waste
-
And no, we can’t help with radioactive stuff either (sorry, superheroes!)

If any of these sneak in, extra charges will apply or we may refuse to pick up the bin.

4. Protecting Your Driveway
Worried about scratches or damage to your driveway? No problem! We offer surface protection to keep things looking pristine. Just let us know before we drop off the bin. If you don’t request it, we can’t be responsible for any scrapes.

5. Fees & Payments (Let’s Keep It Simple)
Here’s a quick breakdown of our fees:

Rental Fee: Depends on the bin size and how long you need it.

Disposal Fee: Charged per ton of waste.

Mattress Disposal: We charge extra $$$ per mattress.

Overweight Bins: If your bin exceeds the weight limit, extra charges apply.

Overfilled Bins: Bins loaded over the top will have an additional surcharge

Moving the Bin: Need to move the bin to a different spot on your property? No problem, but there’s a fee.

Mileage Fee: We charge $0.55 per km from our Main Office.

Credit Card Fee: A small 3.5% surcharge applies for card payments.

Extra Days: Need the bin longer than expected? It’s $15 per extra day.

Fuel Surcharge: With fuel prices fluctuating, we do add a small surcharge for delivery/pick-up.

We’ll send you an invoice with all the details, and you’ll have 14 days to pay.
If the invoice isn’t paid on time, we’ll return the bin's contents to your property (ouch!), and you’ll be on the hook for those extra costs.

6. Liability (Let’s Keep Things Safe)
We’ll take care of everything we can, but you agree that if something goes wrong that’s not our fault (like damages from the bin on an unprotected surface), we’re not liable. You’ll also cover us for any claims related to the use of the bin and damage.

7. If Life Throws a Curveball (Force Majeure)
Sometimes, things don’t go as planned — natural disasters, traffic jams, road closures, you name it. If anything outside our control delays or prevents us from doing our job, we’ll let you know and reschedule as soon as possible.

8. Your Info Is Safe with Us
We’ll keep your info safe and sound. It’s used strictly for service - related tasks like billing, scheduling, and keeping in touch with you.

9. New to Binz Boss?
We like to keep things easy, but before we roll up with your bin, we need two things:

A $500 deposit (don’t worry, this goes straight toward your first invoice).

Your profile. Just give us the scoop — your name, company (if you’ve got one), contact info, and where the bin is headed.
If you cancel before we deliver, you’ll get your deposit back, minus a $100 admin fee.
